With geometric structure, Samboa sits firmly within the design language of Manuel Canovas.

The pattern has a straight match, which makes it simpler to make up. Samboa comes in 2 colourways — Multi and Indigo. The difference between them is greater than you might think — the same pattern can give you either a muted room or a light one.

Samboa is part of the Giverny collection from Manuel Canovas.

The fabric is 132 cm wide and woven in a linen blend. At 45 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it comfortably withstands upholstery use in the home.

The look carries a classic poise, elegance and sophisticated restraint, with a medium-light base tone. Large-scale motifs are shown to best advantage on curtains and larger surfaces, less so on cushions and details.

The palette is dominated by red, medium-light and deep in tone with a warm undertone. Keep the other textiles in the room at the same temperature, and the whole scheme holds together.
