What are your opening hours?

Our showroom is open Monday-Friday 11:00-18:00 and Saturdays 11:00-16:00 and customer service the same hours! You can visit us on site, email or call us and we will respond as soon as possible!

What do your different delivery methods mean?

- Pick up in store
If you are able to come to our store in Stockholm at Sturegatan 20, you can pick up your order during our opening hours. You will be notified via email or phone.

- Postnord
The package will be delivered to the nearest Postnord agent. You will be notified via text message and/or email when your package is on its way and when it is ready for pickup.

- Express
Most of our wallpapers and fabrics can be ordered by express. Our suppliers then send the goods by express delivery to our store, which we then send out to the nearest Postnords agent. Please contact us for more information.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver our products all over the world!

How much does it cost to ship goods within Sweden?
For our smaller products as well as wallpaper and fabrics, we have free shipping throughout the country! For larger furniture, shipping prices may vary and just send an inquiry to info@brittfurn.se to get a price.

How much does it cost to ship goods outside Sweden?
For our smaller products as well as wallpaper and fabrics, the shipping price is based on the weight of the order. The total will be displayed at checkout. For larger furniture, shipping prices may vary and you can simply send an inquiry to info@brittfurn.se to get a price.

Where is my package?
Contact us via info@brittfurn.se or 08-661 70 80 and we will provide you with a tracking link.

Why don't I get a tracking number when I choose "pick up in store"?
If you have ordered your package with the service (pick up in store), you will not receive a trackable package number, but you will receive a friendly call or email when your package is ready to be picked up in store.

Can I change/add to my order after it has been placed?
With a bit of luck, it is possible to change orders, but it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. It is always possible to supplement your orders.

How is my order delivered?
If you have not chosen to pick up in our store, wallpaper and fabrics, as well as smaller products, are sent with Postnord and can be picked up at a representative. Delivery of larger items is after agreement between you and Brittfurn.

How do returns work with you? All products except the furniture in our showroom are made-to-order items and therefore cannot be returned to our main suppliers. For items that are not made-to-order items, there is a 14-day return period from the date you received the item. For more information and to see which items are covered by the right of withdrawal, please see our terms and conditions. My package was damaged when I received it, what do I do? If your order arrives damaged or if you discover an error with the order, you must contact us before returning the package. Returns may not be made until an agreement has been reached with Brittfurn.

I can't find a wallpaper or fabric of a brand you sell, is it still available with you? Yes, it is very possible! We have access to all products that our suppliers offer. If there is a product that you cannot find, please contact us, and we will make sure that you get the product that you want. Please contact us at either +46 (0)8 661 70 80 or info@brittfurn.se .

How do I know how many rolls of wallpaper I need? For every wallpaper we sell, there is a function called “ Wallpaper Calculator ”. Through the wallpaper calculator, you can enter the dimensions of the room to be wallpapered and the calculator will calculate how many rolls are needed. Please note, however, that this is only an approximate calculation and we always recommend consulting a painter to be on the safe side. Do your images match the colors of the product in reality? We always check our images against the actual product to ensure that the color matches what is shown on the website. Since the color can differ depending on which screen you have, you may sometimes experience that the product has a different shade than what is shown on the screen. When it comes to wallpaper and fabrics, we therefore recommend buying a sample first!

Are all the products on the website also available in your store? In our showroom we have a selection of furniture and lighting as well as a variety of samples of wallpaper, fabrics and other materials. Unfortunately we are not able to have all the products in our store, but please contact us if you are looking for a specific product to find out if it is available in store.
