Firle Rosewood är vävd med punja-teknik, en traditionell indisk metod som ger den karakteristiska durrie-ytan: platt, tät och tvåsidig. Mönstret består av block med olika geometriska motiv — kryss, rutor, trappformer — satta bredvid varandra i jordnära toner av rost, oliv, blygrått och elfenben.
Eftersom mattan är flatvävd är den tunn och stadig, och den kan vändas för jämnt slitage. Ullen är färgad i dova nyanser som håller sig varma även i svalt dagsljus, och varje block skiftar något i ton — spår av att mattan vävts för hand.
Den fungerar särskilt bra i rum där man vill ha mönster utan tjocklek: en matsal där stolar dras fram och tillbaka, en hall, eller ovanpå en heltäckningsmatta. Finns i två storlekar.
