Within the Poquelin collection, Nina Campbell presents Tartuffe, a sophisticated, textured basketweave chenille made in Italy. The weaving technique combines the softness of cotton and viscose with a subtle metallic thread, giving the surface a quiet yet deep liveliness as the light in the room shifts. The fabric takes its name from Molière's classic play, and its character is timeless and balanced.

Thanks to a composition of cotton, viscose and polyester and a Martindale rating of 35,000, Tartuffe is suitable for upholstering the most-used seating in the home. The fabric is 143 cm wide and works just as well for hard-wearing sofas and armchairs as for heavy, elegant curtains or firm scatter cushions. The very small vertical repeat of 1 cm makes pattern matching easy in bespoke making-up.

The colour palette spans six atmospheric combinations, including muted Green/Soft Gold, deep Indigo/Blue/Bronze and elegant Grey/Oyster/Beige. Tartuffe adds tactile texture and a subtle shimmer that give the room a cosy, architectural feel without taking over.
