Inspirerad av ett persiskt silkesikat-täcke från 1800-talet återfinns mönstret Sinop i Pierre Freys kollektion Reveries Orientales. Den tryckta bomullssammetsytan bär en komposition utformad kring linjerna av en klassisk mihrab, där arkivets historiska charm har bevarats genom subtila återgivningar av tidens patina i de ädla fibrerna.
