Guerande bär sitt namn från saltstaden vid Frankrikes atlantkust och kommer ur Nobilis kollektion Collioure & Guerande. Det parisiska textilhuset, grundat 1928, har här vävt ett småmönstrat jacquardtyg där små V-former upprepas över ytan i tät, jämn rytm — ett diskret mönster som på håll läses som en levande struktur och på nära håll avslöjar sin precisa teckning. Viskosen ger lyster och djup, medan bomullen och de förstärkande fibrerna ger väven stadga.

Med en slitstyrka på hela 60 000 Martindale är Guerande en utpräglad möbelkvalitet — sitsar, fåtöljer och soffor klär sig lika väl i den som kuddar och andra accessoarer. Småmönstret är tacksamt just för att det fungerar som en nyanserad enfärgad på avstånd: det tillför liv utan att kräva uppmärksamhet.
