Galejade från Nobilis kollektion Charivari är en vävd hyllning till de gamla gobelängernas poetiska värld — Apollinaires kanin bland timjan har fått sällskap av ett helt bildberättande djurmönster där trådarnas korsningar bygger upp scenen, tråd för tråd. Väven består till största delen av bomull, förstärkt med en liten andel polyamid och akryl, vilket ger ett tyg med gedigen tapisserikänsla och ett djup som tryckta tyger sällan når. Det franska textilhuset, verksamt i Paris sedan 1928, har en särskild förkärlek för just den här typen av berättande jacquarder.

Med en slitstyrka på 20 000 Martindale fungerar Galejade utmärkt som möbelklädsel — en fåtölj eller en klädd sänggavel blir ett litet konstverk i rummet.
