Mönsterrapporten är 40,0 cm, alltså en medelstor repetition. Skalan är avvägd — mönstret läser tydligt utan att dominera väggen. Rak mönsterpassning gör uppsättningen okomplicerad. Staveley kommer bäst till sin rätt i vardagsrum och sovrum. Uttrycket bär en klassisk hållning, elegans och tidlöshet, med en mycket ljus grundton. Blanda med enfärgade tyger för balans, och låt mönstret sitta där det syns.

Färghållningen domineras av vit, mycket ljus och mjuk i tonen med kall underton. Det avgör vad den fungerar mot: en kall underton vill ha svala grannar, en varm tål trä och mässing.
