Biella från Nobilis kollektion Rayures et Voilages XXL är en delikat jacquardvoile vävd helt i ull — ett ovanligt och sofistikerat val för tunna gardiner. Det lilla geometriska mönstret, ton i ton, ger ytan en raffinerad textur som framträder först när ljuset faller genom väven. Handen är mjuk och fallet närmast oemotståndligt; ullens naturliga tyngd får tyget att hänga i djupa, lugna veck som få syntetvoiler kommer i närheten av. Bredden på 300 centimeter gör att tyget kan vändas och användas på bredden, för sömlösa våder även i stora fönsterpartier.

Biella är skapad för fönstret — här handlar det om gardiner som filtrerar ljuset med värme och ger rummet en ombonad stillhet, inte om möbelklädsel. Det parisiska huset, grundat 1928, visar här sin känsla för det stillsamt lyxiga.
