Curzon from Zoffany is built around a plain surface, drawn with the richness of detail that characterises the house's designs.

The pattern repeat is 1.0 cm, which makes it a small repeat. From a distance, the pattern reads almost as a texture rather than a motif. A straight match makes the fabric easy to make up. Curzon is available in 16 colourways — Fig, Plum, Indigo and Azure, among others. Feel free to take several samples home. The same design can turn out entirely differently depending on the colourway.

Curzon comes from Luxury Plains.

The fabric is 140 cm wide and woven in a cotton blend. At 86 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it withstands domestic upholstery with a good margin.

Curzon shows to best advantage in living rooms and bedrooms. The look combines elegance, a classic poise and sophisticated restraint, with a dark overall tone. Mix with plain fabrics for balance, and put the pattern where it will be seen.
