The Austin fabric from Romo is built on geometric structure and a diamond pattern.

A straight pattern match makes hanging straightforward. Austin comes in 2 colourways — Charcoal and Bark. The colourways differ more than you would expect; choose according to the light in the room.

The pattern belongs to the Tremont collection.

The fabric is 136 cm wide and woven in a linen blend. With 30,000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it comfortably withstands upholstery in a domestic setting.

The look carries a classic poise, a modern touch and timelessness, on a mid-light base tone. It works just as well for curtains as for upholstery — keep the room's other textiles simple.

The palette is dominated by beige, mid-light and soft in tone with a neutral undertone. Consider which way the room faces — north light makes colours look cooler than they do on the sample.
