The Stratford fabric from Colefax & Fowler is built around a textured surface.

The pattern repeat is 1.0 cm, which makes it a small repeat. The close repeat gives a calm, almost textured surface from a distance. A straight pattern match keeps making up uncomplicated. Stratford comes in 23 colourways — Cream, Red, Stone and Blue, among others. The colourways differ more than you might expect; choose according to the light in the room.

The pattern belongs to the Roscoe - Aut 21 collection.

The fabric is 140 cm wide and woven in a cotton blend. At 40,000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it comfortably withstands upholstery use in the home.

We recommend Stratford for living rooms and bedrooms. The look carries a classic poise, timelessness and a closeness to nature, with a light base tone. It works as well for curtains as for upholstery — keep the other textiles in the room simple.
