With floral motifs, Floriana sits firmly within Colefax & Fowler’s design language.

The pattern repeat is 72.0 cm, which makes it a large repeat. A repeat of that size is visible from a distance and sets the tone for the whole room. The pattern is a straight match, which makes hanging easier. Floriana comes in 4 colourways — Navy, Red, Aqua and Beige. The difference between them is greater than you might think — the same pattern can give you either a muted room or a light one.

Floriana is part of Theodore - Aut 19 from Colefax & Fowler.

The fabric is 130 cm wide and woven in a linen blend. With 30 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it comfortably withstands upholstery use in the home.

The pattern works particularly well in living rooms and bedrooms. The look has a classic poise, elegance and sophisticated restraint, with a dark overall tone. Large-scale motifs show to best advantage on curtains and larger surfaces, less so on cushions and details.
