Boréal M1 är den flamskyddade versionen av Houlès vävda dimoutfoder, klassad enligt den franska brandnormen M1 och avsedd för hotell, vårdmiljöer, kontor och andra offentliga rum där kraven på brandsäkerhet är höga. Flamskyddet sitter i fibern och tvättas inte bort.

Fodret dämpar ljuset kraftigt tack vare en tät väv med mörk mittfiber, utan beläggning, och känns därför som ett vanligt tyg med ett mjukt och följsamt fall. Bredden på 150 cm passar gardiner i enkelbredd.
