The Casual Ladder Back Dining Chair in Mazo – Rustic Grey from Jonathan Charles is a dining chair that embodies all the finest qualities of the British cabinetmaking tradition. It belongs to the JC Edited - Casually Country collection, firmly rooted in a relaxed country style with modern touches. Here light wood and natural finishes meet in a design inspired by a modern take on country living, and the Casual Ladder Back Dining Chair in Mazo – Rustic Grey carries that entire aesthetic forward in its own characterful interpretation. Every Jonathan Charles piece passes through the hands of specialist craftsmen — the joiner, the cabinetmaker, the marquetry artisan and the master finisher — before it is ready to leave the workshop. At home, the Casual Ladder Back Dining Chair in Mazo – Rustic Grey serves as a characterful dining chair in the dining room. The proportions are balanced so that the piece holds its own without taking over — precisely the balance Jonathan Charles is known for. Styling tip: Let a contrasting seat or upholstery break things up — it lifts the whole dining group. A choice that rewards careful looking — the longer you live with the piece, the more you discover.
