The Sussex flush mount is one of Visual Comfort & Co.'s in-house designs. The ceiling light provides the room's base lighting and doubles as a focal point. Over a dining table, allow 60–70 cm between the tabletop and the lower edge of the fitting.
Choose from 3 finishes: Polished Nickel, Antique-Burnished Brass and Bronze. The tone of the metal affects how warm the light feels. The materials are nickel & chrome and glass.
It measures 30.5 cm in width and 45.8 cm in height. It weighs 4.5 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. Its neat size makes it well suited to grouping — several hung in a row over a kitchen island or a longer table.
We recommend the Sussex flush mount for hallways, bedrooms and kitchens. We recommend a dimmable bulb with a warm colour temperature, around 2700 K. That is where brass and nickel show their tones at their best.
