The Prescott Medium flush mount is designed by Visual Comfort & Co. A flush mount sits close to the ceiling and gives an even light without taking up height. That makes it the natural choice for rooms with lower ceilings, hallways and passages.
The Prescott Medium flush mount is available in 2 finishes — Soft Brass With Clear Glass and Soft Brass With White Glass. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The materials are brass and glass.
It measures 45.7 cm in width and 36.2 cm in height. It weighs 3.2 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. With that diameter, the flush mount covers a larger room and can serve as the only ceiling fitting.
The fitting works particularly well in hallways, bedrooms and kitchens. Bulbs are not included. We recommend dimmable, warm white light, around 2700 K, so that the metal of the fitting comes into its own.
