A true Morris & Co. collaboration, Forest Velvet was designed in 2013 by Alison Gee, based on a tapestry created by William Morris and John Henry Dearle, with preparatory figures sketched by Philip Webb. With woodland creatures lurking amidst dramatically folded foliage, Forest Velvet remains true to its tapestry origins, with its dark colours and playful characters.
