Built on a plain surface, Baker House Fr Velvet sits firmly within G P & J Baker's design language.

A straight pattern match keeps making up uncomplicated. The colourway is Graphite.

Baker House Fr Velvet is part of House Fr Velvet from G P & J Baker. The velvet catches the light and gives the pattern a depth that a print on a flat weave cannot reach.

The fabric is 140 cm wide and woven in 100% FR polyester. At 100 000 rubs on the Martindale scale, it handles upholstery in a domestic setting with a good margin.

The look carries a relaxed touch, romantic softness and timelessness, with a medium-light base tone. Large-scale motifs come into their own on curtains and larger surfaces, less so on cushions and details.

The palette is dominated by pink, medium-light and soft in tone, with a warm undertone. Keep the other textiles in the room at the same temperature and the whole scheme holds together.

You may want to order a sample before you decide — printed colours behave differently on a wall than on a screen.
