Bargello Velvets from Nina Campbell is a sophisticated cut velvet with a classic chevron pattern. The textile belongs to the collection of the same name and takes both its look and its title from the historic Renaissance palace in Florence. The geometric structures of the pattern are woven together with elegant contrasts in silver and gold, giving the surface a fine depth and a tactile quality that lifts the whole room.

This fabric is woven in a soft blend of viscose and cotton, giving a fine sheen and a pleasing texture. With a high rub count of 41,000 Martindale, the fabric stands up to upholstery on well-used sofas and armchairs. It is also excellent for heavy curtains and decorative cushions where the geometric pattern can take centre stage.
