With A Tiger In The Orangerie, the Italian textile house Dedar presents a highly sophisticated interpretation of the classic animal print. The fabric is a dense, soft velvet jacquard in which the tiger's characteristic stripes have been given a softer, more artistic expression. The continuous vertical line running across the fabric recalls the animal's spine and adds a clear rhythm and balanced structure to the weave.
