With the Alder fabric, Colefax & Fowler presents a timeless tribute to texture and classic British craftsmanship. The fabric is part of the Bampton collection and is characterised by an understated, subtle herringbone design with wonderful depth. Combining fibre-dyed linen in the warp with a two-tone chenille in the weft creates a textured, pleasing surface that invites touch. It is a fabric that adds sophisticated warmth and a discreet sense of luxury to every interior.

Thanks to its full quality and fine drape, Alder is perfectly suited to draped curtains, but also to upholstery on sofas and armchairs or as elegant scatter cushions.
