Pure Thistle (Beaded) from Morris & Co is built around floral motifs, drawn with the richness of detail that characterises the house's designs. The house was founded in 1861 as Morris, Marshall, Faulkner & Co.
The pattern repeat is 64.0 cm, which makes it a large repeat. At that scale, the pattern becomes the main feature of the room. Allow a margin in your quantity calculation for the pattern match. A straight match makes hanging straightforward. The colourway is Gilver.
Pure Thistle (Beaded) comes from Pure Morris North. The Pure series keeps the patterns in white, linen and grey, letting texture rather than colour carry the look. It works where a full-colour pattern would be too much.
