Petrel 30" Picture Light comes from Ian K. Fowler's collaboration with Visual Comfort & Co. A fitting that does as much for the character of a room as for its light.
Petrel 30" Picture Light is available in 3 finishes — Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass, Bronze and Polished Nickel. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The material is brass.
The dimensions are 76.2 cm wide and 6.4 cm high. It weighs 1 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks.
The fitting works particularly well in the living room. The bulb is not included. We recommend dimmable, warm white, about 2700 K, so that the metal of the fitting comes into its own.
Visual Comfort & Co. builds its range around collaborations with interior designers. The fittings are made of solid metal with hand-applied finishes, which means they age rather than wear. Ian K. Fowler is one of the designers the house works with.
We are happy to help with lighting planning — how many light points a room needs and where they should go. Get in touch or visit us in Östermalm.
