The Melange table lamp comes from Kelly Wearstler's collaboration with Visual Comfort & Co. A table lamp makes light personal. It works best in pairs or alongside other lighting, never as the only light source in a room.
The Melange table lamp comes in 3 finishes — Antique-Burnished Brass with Alabaster Shade, Antique-Burnished Brass with Alabaster or Bronze with Alabaster. The finish matters more than you might think: polished nickel gives a cooler light than brushed brass. The materials are brass and marble.
It measures 31.1 cm wide and 45.7 cm high. It weighs 7.7 kg — worth checking against the ceiling mount before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. Check the height against the table it will stand on — the lower edge of the shade should sit at roughly eye level when you are seated.
The fitting works particularly well in studies, hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and offices. Its design language draws on Art Deco and classic modern. The bulb is not included. We recommend dimmable, warm white light, around 2700 K, to bring out the metal of the fitting.
We are happy to help with lighting plans — how many light points a room needs and where they should go. Get in touch or visit us in Östermalm.
