The Halcyon wall light is designed by Kelly Wearstler for Visual Comfort & Co. Wall lights work with a room's depth rather than its ambient light. A pair flanking a mirror or a bed gives a softer light than a single point in the ceiling.
The finish is Antique-Burnished Brass And Quartz. The materials are brass and crystal.
It measures 35.6 cm wide and 35.6 cm high. It weighs 5.9 kg — worth checking against the mounting point before installation. Delivery time is 2-8 weeks. This is a wall light in the larger format — give it clear wall space around it.
We recommend the Halcyon wall light for the hallway, bedroom, living room and study. Stylistically, it sits close to Art Deco and a modern idiom. We recommend a dimmable bulb with a warm colour temperature, around 2700 K. That is where brass and nickel show their tones at their best.
At Visual Comfort & Co. the finishes are applied by hand, which means no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Small variations in the surface are intentional and part of the character. Kelly Wearstler is one of the designers the house works with.
