Depicting storks standing at the water's edge and small birds perched on nearby branches. Originally a wallpaper, this design is believed to have been dated between 1825 and 1850. Discovered hidden behind oak panels at Temple Newsham in 1894. The version's scene is framed by bamboo latticework which enhances the height of the design. Printed on fine cotton/linen twill. Pair with our Storks & Torstar wallpaper panel.
