Jabu is named after one of Ardmore’s most accomplished artists, Jabu Nene, and the pattern takes its inspiration from the beautiful hand-crafted ceramic rhinoceros pots by sculptor Somandla Ntshanlintshali. Richly decorated in stunning colours and patterns by Jabu Nene himself, the pots are one of Ardmore’s most beloved products. Cole and Sons designers have used the patterns on these pots to create a rich and dynamic vertical stripe pattern, featuring two majestic white rhinos peering out with decorated horns and feathered collars. This wallpaper captures the African soul with its pattern reminiscent of Zulu woven baskets, and is available in five colourways, including deep black, natural white and grey tones, earthy olive tones, tobacco brown and navy and orange.
