Boscobel Oak brings together many of England’s monarchical symbols, such as the Tudor Rose, the Roaring Lion and the Oak Tree. This pattern is a unique take on a traditional damask pattern. The name of the pattern comes from the great oak tree in Boscobel Forest, which helped Charles II hide from the Roundheads who were chasing him. It was then named Royal Oak. This pattern is a tribute to the most regal of England’s symbols. Boscobel Oak comes in gilded palettes that mimic the beautifully aged textures of oxidized metals: Metallic Antique Gold on Black, Metallic Gold on Oat, Metallic Autumnal Gold on Claret and Metallic Gilver on Ink.
