Oval Glass
An elegant Adam style oval, plain glass gilded mirror by Jonathan Charles, based on an original design from the 1770s. The glass panel features an overlaid decoration of running seed heads and neo-classical finely carved ornaments to the top, bottom and sides and the mirror is bordered with a stunning antiqued gold-leaf finished frame. A beautifully intricate mirror, place it next to a window to really maximize the lightening effect within the room.
Neo-classical Mirror
Neo-classicism emerged in the 1750s in the Age of Enlightenment, and during a resurgence of interest in Greco-Roman design. Incorporating columns, intricate garlands and festoons, gilt furniture and opulent mirrors, the look is luxurious and glamorous.
