Queluz Noir är en abstrakt rutmatta som lånar från den klassiska hundtandsrutan men bryter upp den: rutorna är ojämnt tecknade, linjerna darrar, och mönstret upprepar sig aldrig riktigt exakt. Resultatet är strikt på avstånd och levande på nära håll.
Mattan är handtuftad i ren nyzeeländsk ull med sju millimeters lugg, och avslutas med en tydlig svart ram. Ullen ger det svarta djup — det läser aldrig som platt tryck — och det vita håller sig varmt snarare än kallt.
